Do I stop exercising?
Post Content
I've have had debilitating fatigue since getting COVID 3 years ago. It led to 2 medical leaves from university and becoming home-bound. However, I'm still able to do gentle exercise and other things at home. Should I stop this? I've read on this subreddit that it could make things worse but I keep doing it because it is supposed to help my circulation issues. For some reason, at-home exercise is easier for me than anything outside (grocery shopping, driving, etc.). I do not get PEM, I more so feel extremely fatigued/lightheaded/horrible all day kind of no matter what. I've ruled out deficiencies, other health conditions (besides my dysautonomia), etc. so I do think I have CFS, but I worry that if that's the case that I should just stop exercising.
