Persistent phlegmy cough for a month and a half, no other symptoms

Post Content

Hi im a 22 yr old female, i take methylphenidate, pregabalin, and duloxetine. and I Don't smoke So on christmas eve i started feeling a tickle in my throat after sitting in front of a fan for like 5 mins (it was hot), felt like a little piece of lint stuck in my throat. Thought it was just dryness but the itch wouldn't go away and the next couple of days i started to cough like a lot and with some phlegm and then my voice got super hoarse extremely suddenly for like a day or two. In like the 2nd-3rd week of january i started getting a stuffy/runny nose and took some cold meds and stuff and was coughing up/blowing a Shit ton of phlegm. The stuffy nose went away after a while and my cough calmed down but didn't fully go away, I was still coughing up phlegm every once in a while. Around the last week of jan. i flew back to where i go to school and went to a clinic where i got prescribed some meds and like cough syrup, which i took and felt better! But i was still feeling the itch in my throat and it still feels super super dry. A couple days ago the cough came back so idk what to do. Its been like a month and a half man Im annoyed I think it Also might be worth mentioning that on christmas morning we found what looked like black mold in my room where id been sleeping for like 2 ish weeks? we stopped sleeping in there while we got someone to fix it but uh... Yeah
