[Miscellaneous] Help! Red bumps and inflammation on my eyelids and under my eyes

Help! red bumps on eyelids and under my eyes So these red bumps began to appear on my one eye back in December, and I assumed it was clogged oil glands so I would use a heated compress on my eye twice a day. It seemed to clear up a little bit but then it would appear again. Fast forward a month later and I tried out a new concealer for my undereyes and then that’s when I noticed that bumps were appearing under there. I stopped using that concealer and I have been avoiding putting makeup on my eyes as much as possible. Went to a doctor and he said he “thinks it’s allergies” and told me to put moisturizer on my eyelids?! They are a bit dry, but I’m just wondering what this actually is It’s also not itchy or anything, there was a slight burning sensation after I had done a heated compress a few times, assuming because they became dried out I’m sorry if the photos don’t do it justice for what I’m trying to explain
