25F, one-sided chest pain

25F, one-sided chest pain onset about 5 hours ago Medications: Zyrtec, Pepcid, nadalol, montelukast, birth control, ketotifen Weight: 130 lbs Height 5’ 7” Around lunch I was at lunch and had a dull sort of pain along the right side of my rib cage, about 7” down from my arm pit. It started along the outside of my ribs and comes in waves of worsening pain then goes away for a few minutes. It’s been off and on since then, worsening when I took a warm shower when it began to radiate around my back and chest. Once I sat down after the shower it got better/returned to how it was. No trouble breathing and have normal heart rate. Doesn’t worsen the pain to breathe or press on the area. I will say I have a big work presentation tomorrow so maybe it’s stress, but it came on so suddenly when I wasn’t stressed at work. Do I need to be concerned? Should I try to ice it and see if it helps?
