facial numbness for years

Hello doctors, I’m really hoping for advice. I am **24M**, **5'8" (173 cm)**, **67 kg**, **non-smoker**, dont drink alcohol/drug use. I have **normal blood pressure** and no known chronic medical conditions. I am **not taking any medications** or supplements. **Duration & symptoms:** This started around **2017** and has been present **daily since then**. * Constant **numbness in my forehead and face** (not painful, more like reduced sensation) * I sleep but always wake up feeling tired, everyday ever since * **Random muscle twitches** throughout my body * Recently, my **vision has become more blurred**, especially for distant objects. My glasses helps. * Lately, I’ve also been feeling **random internal jolts and breath “skips”** inside my body I know what feeling normal was, like when i was a kid i feel normal, before this started, and this sensation has been continuous for years.
