Please please help me I’m so desperate there are no comfortable positions. I’ve been trying to get structural help for a year and a half but just keep being given RFA, Ketamine, pain meds

19 year old female with Ehlers Danlos and POTS. Taking 100mg lyrica twice daily, 7.5 mg phentermine daily, 7.5-15mg meloxicam daily, propanolol as needed. This started a year and a half ago when someone hit me over the head with a football and it crushed my neck and knocked me out and I was taken to the hospital by ambulance but was let go with a concussion and mid line soft tissue swelling. After months of asking for help they did a laying down mri that showed (not at the time my issues were largely gravity dependent) and they treated with radio frequency ablation: C4-C5: There is a minimal left paracentral disc protrusion/herniation. C5-C6: There is little disc bulging flattening the thecal sac. C6-C7: There is little disc bulging flattening the thecal sac. Intervertebral discs: There is little desiccation to the C4-5, C5-6 and C6-7 intervertebral discs without height loss. Alignment: There is straightening of cervical lordosis. It’s been getting worse and worse since and it’s at its very peak I’m nearly bed ridden I feel so ill from gravity: Neurological: Weakness in arms and legs, dizziness, fainting (I also have pots but it’s gotten worse) vertigo, slurred speech and I start shaking and feel heavy like a hand bag until I lay down for a while Head and neck: Pounding head pressure, strong pulsing in the sides of my neck and back of head, neck building on sides, rush of blood into my head and forehead when stabilizing my thoracolumbar junction and curve returns to my neck. But I cannot hold my self up I have very bad slipping rib syndrome, and pain in my sternum and collar bone, anterior subluxed shoulder, scapular winging with hemoral drop with raising my arms, pelvic tilt with lumbar overcompensation, and to maintain any upraight posture I just have to keep my lungs inflated as big as possible and just trying to stay up is so painful I need to lay down at least every hour and I’m missing a lot of class. There is some more stuff going on but basically from my hips up it just crumbles under gravity and I get neurological issues. Respiratory/airway: Choking sensation because it feels like my spine is pushing on my throat in my neck. Positional dependence: Relief only when upside down (hurts from the top of my head and makes me very ill), symptoms significantly worsen when upright or my head is laid down at all (back of the head/neck) There are no comfortable positions I’m literally losing my mind and nobody will help me I’m starting to fail in school I feel so sick and can’t think I’ve tried PCP, complex care clinic, neurology, 2 pain centers, psychiatrist, and for rejected twice by a comprehensive spine clinic for having Ehlers Danlos syndrome. All of these I waited months for and they couldn’t help me. Lmk if you have anything that can help or anyone to reach out to. Thank you so so much!!
