Excess urination after gallbladder removal

i have been healthy prior to gallbladder surgery last august, after surgery everything started. The symtoms are Almost no urination daytime like 1-2dl max Excess urination after laying down in the evening, almost 90% of all urine 24hr volume is produced during the evening and night, hard to control bladder and lately takes more time for the bladder to wake up and empty, started to lose feeling when bladder is full lately Lost alot of weight, like 40 kg in 5 months, i was obese before with a weight of 123 kg, now 87 kg i have went to several urologists and one of them suspects i have diabetes mellitus, problem is i don't have the classical thirst symtoms that goes with it. Are there cases with diabetes mellitus without excessive thirst all the time?
