Muscle pain worse with movement, what else should I get checked

Post Content

If I have chronic muscle pain (I think it's muscle pain) that is worse when I move, is it automatically fibromyalgia or could if be something else. Doctor just keeps saying "probably fibromyalgia" but I was wondering if there was something else I could suggest we look at. I've had all the "standard" blood tests (FBC, liver, kidney, thyroid, iron, B12) and also ANA blood test. Or does this sound pretty much like fibromyalgia so they're probably right? I also have constant fatigue but I'm not 100% sure it's actually fatigue because I thought tiredness was painful. So when I said I am tired all the time, my definition of tired includes pain, and worse pain equals worse tiredness. Recently found out that being tired doesn't normally hurt. Mind blown.
