My doctors office is treating Cymbalta like a Schedule 5 Drug

Ive been through A LOT in the past 2 years. Mom died, step father died, dad had 2 types of cancer and complications with that. I decided to take a few months off from work. My doctors and meds weren't doing anything at all, I just burned out. I have a new job, everything going well now and then this. Here is the review I managed to type out with brain zaps. I've absolutely had it with these practices. For context I was on 60mg and had another bottle of 40mg (which I seem to like better actually) Don't bother with this place. TL;DR im forced to go through SNRI WITHDRAWL because this office treats Cymbalta like a Schedule V drug. I was in between jobs, and had medication to last me almost until my new insurance kicked in. I had 2 90 day supplies, one with a slightly lower dose so I used them both to get through. Its been a rough time for me in general and haven't been able to get in or afford an appointment. Im at the end of my prescription. My new insurance kicks in next week and the only time I'm available during their business hours is 9 days from today. No big deal I thought. Not only will they not accommodate 9 DAYS of medication, they are claiming I NEED to come in or have a FaceTime for an appointment sooner (I can not, as stated) After repeating my situation about 4 times i got upset. Not only did the receptionist accuse me of "diagnosing" myself (ive been on this medication for a long time, im not diagnosing anything, ma'am) she did not listen to anything I said. I NOW HAVE TO GO THROUGH ANTI DEPRESSANT WITHDRAWAL because this office has become incompetent. Absolutely bonkers. Edit: I got a script for cheap through an online service thankfully and at least now ill have time to shop around for another practice.
