Injected for the first time, just have a few questions

So I switched from topical because after 3 months of use my testosterone was only at 349, up from 270 but still. Anyway, I drove it in, went a little too far in for sure but when I took it back out a little bit of the oil followed. Hopefully that’s not a bad sign, only a little bit of pain and barely any bleeding. Any feedback is appreciated. Also I’m 41, just for reference
