struggling with acne [acne]

i’m so embarrassed to go outside and as cringy as it sounds, but i hate looking at myself in the mirror. acne is ruining my confidence and self love. right now for skin care i am using centella (a korean skincare brand), but i’m also losing hope and i feel so lost because i don’t see any improvement. please help
