Does this look like insulin resistance?

Fasting Glucose 91 Fasting Insulin 9.6 A1C 5.0 HOMA IR 2.16 Is this insulin resistance? I am 32 141lb and have remained this weight for years minus losing 5 lb in the last 6 months. New PCOS diagnosis and trying to determine which kind I have. Dr says it doesn’t matter - it obviously does!!! So I know how to treat it!
