What could this be ?

My sister has this bump on her left collarbone since 2 years. It doesn't hurt, its soft and movable. She says its nothing and this gets bigger/smaller based on her stress levels and she refuses to go to doctor. She touches this part alot out of habit Internet scares me. Could this be reactive node? Shes thin. Shes stresses alot for work and stuff. I am worried sick
