Neck spasm in left side and minor pain in neck, minor numbness in left side of tounge

15m 140 pounds why did i have a weird spasm in the side of my neck and my tounge feels weird after laying down could it be from be moving my neck back and forth kinda I'm not sure, I'm not too concerned just curious as googles answer seems strange and unlikely your thoughts?
