A1c fears

I recently got non fasting blood glucose work done, so now I’m worried about diabetes. The result was 103. I wouldn’t be too upset by this, but a relative of mine has been on the sliding scale of pre diabetes for years despite having a normal fasting blood sugar. This horrifies me. Now, I feel the need to go get my a1c tested. The only thing is I’m afraid of Ian that my results will be abnormal. I thought it was being careful and now my life is at stake. How could I be such an idiot ? An obese vice abusing fucking idiot.
