[Routine help] i have 0 experience help please

so i just bought some products and i have no idea how to use them and what routine i should follow i watched some videos but everyone says different things i have Cerave sa smoothing cleanser. i have the ordinary exfoliation toner. and i also have my hair remover laser from phillips. also i have kreamkap which i heard a lot of positive comments about. so please what should i do? What routine do i follow? Keep in mind i want the results is to get less hair. Get rid of my strawberry skin. And whiten some areas. Edit : forgot to add i have a dry brush If that helps ! thank you!
