Mid-30’s Male trying to take better care of myself skin. Help with a routine and advice needed.

Mid 30’s male starting to worry about aging a little bit but nothing dramatic yet, just some crows feet and 11 lines starting to pop up. I have been trying to do my own research but this skincare hobby is a beast. I have I would say normal to slightly dry skin, pretty clear skin in general, but a little bit of forehead acne my wife says is coming from me wearing baseball caps often. I have the following products I have been using for the last few weeks: 1. CeraVe Foaming Clenser 2x daily morning and night. 2. Stridex Pads that I use only in my forehead for the little bit of acne. 3x a week at night. 3. CeraVe PM facial moisturizer without SPF. 2x daily morning and night. 4. Cetaphil Extra Gentle Daily Scrub. Every other day at night when I shower. 5. Remedy Super Stacked Anti-Aging Serum (contains retinol and other things, haven’t started this yet) Couple general questions: 1. Do I need the scrub with my normal to dry skin or should I just be using the cleanser? 2. Do I need a morning (SPF) moisturizer if I am rarely outside during the daylight hours? 3. Any of the products above that I should stop using/not start? 4. Anything I should add in? Goals; I want to keep it relatively simple and not overly expensive. My goals are just to clear up my forehead acne, lower the slight redness on my cheeks and around my nose, and just generally slow down aging effects. Thanks in advance for any advice!
