Chest pains but not bad?

Post Content

I 23f was recently admitted into the hospital due to chest pains, nausea, headache, and neck/shoulder pains. I left with the diagnosis of myocarditis since there were no signs of a heart attack other than elevated troponin levels. (Normal range is in the 60s, when they measured I was around 600 when I got there and said it got as high as 1,400 over night) They prescribed me 0.6mg of colchicine to help with inflammation and told me to take it easy but never gave me a note even after I asked for one. This is where my problem comes in, my job has asked for the note from the doctor saying that I cannot work over a certain weight limit but because the doctors thought I’d be fine within the week they didn’t give me anything saying I can’t work. Now I’m here at my job with chest pains that aren’t as bad as they were when I first got admitted but they get worse anytime I do anything crazy. Not to mention the light headedness anytime I get up from sitting or the headaches I get from putting my hair up or away from my face. I’m afraid I’m making it up, I really like my job but not enough to let it kill me either. Idk if I should quit or maybe ask to work as a cashier instead since I wouldn’t be doing anything to crazy but i don’t want to keep working if the pain keeps getting worse, not to mention the zero pay. Should I go back to the hospital and get admitted again or just wait it out and see if I get better on my own with the medication?
