F24 Something appeared on my forehead

Not on any medication. Red mark appeared on forehead. I'm a pretty clean person so I'm not sure where I would have gotten this infection(?). my first thought was ringworm? but it doesn't quite look like the images on Google. https://ibb.co/5xJ3TSRR
