bed dents

Post Content

how do you guys manage not making one big permanent dip in your bed when resting ? i’m moderate and im pretty much in bed all day and night unless i go to the bathroom or grab food or do the bare minimum of chores like caring for my cats and showering myself . if i do other chores its on one of my good days or i force myself through and pay for it soon after . i try to balance it out by sleeping normal on the long side of my bed and in the morning i make my bed and move to the foot of my bed where i curl up for the day . I’ve been in such a long crash / flare that i can feel the end of my bed stuck in a perma dip that makes it even more uncomfortable ( on that note , does anyone ever feel pain from laying down sometimes ? the mattress and pillow just hurts it feels like stone on my bones and is horribly painful ) and i don’t know how to prevent this . i move / flip my mattress when i can ( which is whenever my brother is in town or my boyfriend is over and i remember to ask them bc god knows i can’t manage that ) but currently im stuck in this dip :( the couches are even worse and hurt so badly , and i dont have any chairs i can lay down in to rest . i physically cannot sit up more than a few minutes at a time without being strapped up to the chair from weakness and pain of being upright how can laying in a bed be painful ?? i feel ridiculous and hopeless , i just want to not be in more pain than my baseline amount for one day of my life :( im tired of this
