It’s either magnesium, vitamin D, or the dang finch app

I feel…not despondent. For some parts of the day I actually feel good. I’m not willing to rock the boat by pinpointing the cause through process of elimination. Still not sure about solving a (partially) app-caused issue (doomscrolling, lack of focus etc) with another app and it seems absurd that adding something else to ”care” for in the midst of perimenopause is beneficial but my kitchen is clean on a weeknight and I didn’t crawl into bed at 5 pm. \*HRT from Winona for almost a year has kept me minimally functional but the mood swings and hopelessness were frequent until a month ago when I added magnesium and vitamin D before bed + got better about my daily vitamin in the mornin. My motivation/productivity is on the ups since downloading Finch last weekend. I swear this isn’t an ad - would just love to know if anyone else has experienced the same thing. Brain fog/memory issues are next on my list of symptoms to tackle.
