Call on doc prescription question?

F27 Used call on doc to see if I would get approved for zepbound since my PCP refuses to prescribe me it... I got approved and they sent to my pharmacy but it looks like they need more info from my prescriber?? Or do I have to call my insurance directly?? Contacted the prescriber and they said I had to reach out to insurance but on the pic below it says reach out to prescriber. https://files.fm/u/hf9kmqf2v3
