[Product Request] Help with Under Eye Area

I always have these under eye bags or purple spots, I use adapalene and have a very dedicated skin care routine. I don’t use an eye cream but I used a caffeine serum at one point and it did not help. I’ve been hearing a lot about cysteamine cream and have book an appointment w my doctor but I’m not sure it will help me. What should I get to fix these, what can I ask my doctor prescribe?
