[Product Question] can I use azelaic acid every night?

I got some yesterday and didn't feel much irritation, just a slight tingle upon application that went away rather quickly, but I heard that's normal. But this is my first time with azelaic acid and I do t want to rush too quickly, but I also don't want to slow down things if I don't have to. But then I heard using certain actives every night worsen issues rather than solving them. So can I or should i use it every night, or stick to an every other night routine? (edit for some more details) so my azelaic acid is 10%, I use a salycilic acid face wash every night, and clindamycin gel every night.
