My Migraine Food Triggers story : Banana, Milk Products and Corn

I've had migraine since i was little, maybe when i started menstruating maybe before that because i remember at some point during pre-kindergarten i had bad headache that i slam my head to the wall. My Migraine is with aura. So i know exactly its not random headache It used to be once a month. I ruled it out as hormone going crazy/lack of quality sleep/tired/skipping meals. I didn't put any mind to it. When the aura came, my day was done. The pain after the aura dissapear made me nauseous. Plus the aura made any reading activity stopped completely. In my mid 30's there was something change. suddenly i got frequent migraine. almost every day even tho i didnt skip meals, sleep more than 10 hrs and not on my period. I worked hard figuring it out since my GP didnt take it seriously. When i planned to go to neurologist, I read that some food could trigger migraine. At that point i ate banana every day. breakfast and dinner. Banana is my favorite fruit. its delicious and fulfilling. I remember there was phase in my life when I was migraine free for a year and started getting it when i moved in with my Grandma. She loves banana and buy it frequently. So I stopped eating banana completely and the migraine attack dissapear. Also learned any milk product, including yogurt can trigger my migraine if consumed enough..i am not sure how much and what kind. So i avoid it as best as i can. Sometimes i eat a bit of milk product like cheese on a pizza or 2 scoops of Gelato and i am fine. But other time other brand of Gelato and bread filling with sour cream on its ingridients trigger my migraine. Then last month I learned Corn, even just steamed also trigger migraine. I've been eating corn in small batch and various form before and never find any correlation with migraine. My mom came over and she loved steamed corn as breakfast. I then started eating it everyday with her. Suddenly my daily migraine appear. I was panicked. First i thought it was donut that i eat. Strangely Mochi donut trigger my migraine. but any other donut is not. Then i eat as "healthy" as I can, while eating steamed corn as breakfast. Then i am wondering if the corn trigger it. on saturday i ate 3 slice of steamed corn (around 1 cob). I was well slept, not taking any migraine trigger food for days, not stressed out, not on my period, and pretty relaxed. Then surely hours later, the aura appear. I Stopped eating corn altogether and daily attack dissapear. So thats my reality as chronic migraine sufferer. Everytime I built new eating regime i must be aware it might trigger migraine. To be honest the pain is not as bad as when i got it monthly. Just slight numb and i can carryon my activity. But the aura so annoying and tiring my eyes. The aura make me anxious and adding more pain. its a pain if it happen during work.
