Help with Sunscreen, please!

I have type 1 rosacea with type 2 overlap. My barrier is stable and has been for quite a while. I can’t wear sunscreen.. any time I reintroduce I have a flare. I’ve tried dozens from drug store to high end. Silicones in any skincare products cause a flare for me. I can’t seem to find any sunscreen without them?? I’m exhausted from getting my skin stable and wrecking my progress. I wear UPF hats, stick to the shade, etc. I have very dry skin, high zinc formulas dry me out within a few hours. Does a mineral sunscreen without silicone even exist?
