I literally cannot write

Im so overwhelmed and burnt out I have no time to do anything in college because im constantly doing homework all day and then my meds wear off and I can’t do anything. I just have no time anymore im just constantly stressed doing homework. Im working on an essay that has taken me weeks and hours and hours combined. I just spent like an hour making my conclusion (which usually takes me way longer) I do all the tricks. I make a quick layout of what I’m gonna write briefly. Then I write whatever as fast as possible and half the time it’s not even grammatically correct it’s just word vomit to get the idea. Then I polish it up and fix the wording which takes me so long cus like I love writing but I’m just so bad at it and I write stuff wrong all the time. It shouldn’t be that hard and it shouldn’t take that much time I don’t know what to do anymore I’m so burnt out I have no time to eat I’m just miserable everyday. How tf do people write
