Does LDN Improve Visual Disturbances

After almost a decade of being told my physical and cognitive symptoms are another manifestation of mental health issues or that nothing can be done to help and feeling like CFS diagnosis was a cop out… I have found a good doctor, accepted my diagnosis, and started LDN two weeks ago at 0.5mg. I have been doing lots of research on LDN and CFS and just realized that feeling like my eyes can’t focus on text and words can blur until they aren't words anymore or having patterns and bright light cause vertigo is a symptom. If you experience visual disturbances and vertigo, have they improved on LDN?
