Question for my Metformin girlies

Hey hey i’m been on metformin for many months now it’s it’s doing exactly what its supposed to do. Every now and then tho i indulge in a fatty/greasy snack and immediately regret it… the nausea is wild. and now after my dinner of Kimchi buchimgae (kimchi pancake fried in oil) i lay here with my ginger chews hoping it will go away enough to sleep what do you do to soothe nausea after eating foods that disagrees with the metformin?
