1/8 in cut on scalp. ER?

Hey guys my 4 year old daughter got a 1/8 in. cut on scalp from falling into a square handle on a cabinet drawer. Not very long but is deeper than a normal scrape. she is up to date on her tetanus shot. Stopped moderately bleeding within 5 mins. I cleaned it with soap and water and then put antibiotic ointment on it. Still oozing a little blood. The walk-in is closed, worth a trip to the er? here is a pic . thanks in advance!
