help. i don't know if i'm cis or trans, and that's making me stressed

so, i don't know exactly wen it started, but i think it has already many years that i have comfusing thoughs about wanting to be a girl. Thinking about it sometimes makes me stressed because i don't know if i'm trans or if i'm having mixed desires because I'm attracted to the female gender.
