Hemorrhagic Cyst

Hello i got diagnosed with a 3.5cm cyst on my right ovary. Recently i feel extremely bloated and i experience back pain is that normal? Dull pain and discomfort on the right side as well. Should i be worried? I can’t help but worry it ruptured and such 🥲
