Feeling cravings again

I’m freaking out a little. Binge eating issues my entire life. Around December 7th I took my first shot and within a few hours was cured of a life long ailment. I’m now on my second month of 5 mgs and the last two-three weeks my cravings have gradually started returning. I have an appointment with my doctor to go up to 7.5. But I’m terrified that this is going to stop working for me. It’s been a dream but tonight I just kinda binged for the first time since I started. It wasn’t a full binge if that makes sense - but we’re going in the wrong direction! Any experience with this? Will increasing dosage get me back to how I was before? Prior to this it was working like a charm!
