My period cramps are unbearable without ibuprofen and hot water bottles. How am I supposed to have a job like this?

Hey I'm 24 and to start off I'm like 99% sure I have PCOS. I have all the symptoms all the signs are there I'm actually pretty certain my mom has it. My cousins mom definitely has it. Anyways my period cramps are unbearable if I don't have ibuprofen. I'm talking curled up in a tiny ball crying and dizzy if I don't take them. If like 4-6 hours goes by without me taking some it's cramps city. We dont like cramp city. Sometimes ibuprofen don't help enough and I need a hot water bottle. Actually sleeping on my period is terrible because my cramps will wake me up with how bad they get. I rarely get a full nights sleep on my period. Well actually i rarely get a full nights sleep full stop but that might just be grief/depression though. The period sleep thing is normal for me. Anyways, Within the next few months I wanna start working again (been going to uni the past few years and haven't ever really had a good long term job. Yeh I'm behind I know social anxiety and pots screw everything up, I'm sorry :c) but unless I have a remote job idk how I'm supposed to survive my periods. And also idk how to find an entry level remote job anyways because i wouldnt mind accomodating myself. Walking around helps my cramps some but only sometimes. Other times it just gets way worse. How do other people with brutal cramps like this do it? Surely they don't all have remote jobs. Surely they all don't just suck it up. Surely I'm not just an enormous baby for complaining right? My cousin doesnt suffer with cramps THIS badly. I just dunno how yall do it. Also for the record I do NOT want to be on birth control and I'm a virgin who's not doin the dirty anyways.
