First dose and almost no side effects

Since there are so many posts here about bad side effects so I wanted to share my very positive experience. I was really worried about the timing of my first dose as I was starting a brand new job on Monday. I was reading so many side effects posts and I was really nervous.There were delays in the process and it didn't get here until dinnertime Friday. I took it immediately. I had some extremely mild nausea and a mild headache on Saturday. They were so mild I didn't even feel the need to take anything for them. My hunger and food noise didn't stop until Monday but if I ate too much I got a stomach ache. Now I don't really want much of anything at all but stick to my eating plan to maintain muscle and energy in general. Don't get discouraged if you don't see an immediate difference. Lots of people have had their noise go away within hours so it's easy to get caught up in that and think it's not working. I haven't checked in on the scale yet because I'm a once per week weigher but I definitely feel like I've lost some already. Good luck to you all on your journey. This medication is like getting a lobotomy for the food center of your brain. Just amazing!
