[Acne] help with preteen skin

Help with preteen skin Hi wonderful people! I have an 11 year old niece that is having some skin care concerns. Getting into a dermatologist is taking what feels like a lifetime. Hoping someone might have some insight/advice. Her cheeks have a certain texture and what look like white heads. Im not sure what to do.
