should i ask my doctor about this?

hey guys, i’m not really someone who’s ever posted so forgive me for any poor etiquette. i am white, afab, 19, 5,5” and 200 lbs (working on weight loss). i have dealt with/ been dealing with recurring painful swollen bumps, roughly the size of my thumb, in my armpits and groin for about 4 or so years. i don’t use aluminum deodorant and i dont see any pattern in it surrounding my menstrual cycle. i take effexor, wellbutrin, metformin, oral combination birth control, and pantoprazole. these lumps started before any of the medications. i don’t really have extra money to go to the doctor, so i figured inquiring on here might be a good idea. i’d show a picture but they aren’t very visible externally because there’s no redness and pictures of armpits that are self taken are difficult. if there’s anything more that’s important to know to help “diagnose” this just ask :) thanks so much!
