Hashimoto’s without antibodies?

Post Content

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism 11 years ago. My antibodies have always been less than 1. Over the years, my thyroglobulin has dropped from 9.1 to 2.9. Many of the things I’ve been reading say Hashimoto’s is a cause of decreasing thyroglobulin. Is it possible to have Hashimoto’s without antibodies? My doctor said my thyroid is nearly dead. Not sure what to make of all this.
