I recently came to a realization that i was trans(MtF). I've spent the past few month of my life seeing pretty women everywhere and wishing i looked like them, and concidering HRT. But im only 18, and i live in a state and county run by mainly Conservative Republicans. I grew up in a conservative christian house hold, so im struggling with feeling safe about becoming trans, and i fear if i try to go to my doctor, he'll try to talk me out of it, or tell me its a sin. Luckily i have a mom who generally hates politics like i do, and doesnt mind lgbtq people even though she's still christian. I dont doubt she'll accept me but i dont plan on coming out to her yet. Mainly, i just wanna reach out to other trans people for tips on how to be more confident, and feel more happy with myself in a place that seems like it might be hostile to that concept. But im just glad im not in Texas lol /silly&Lh
