Heavy vaginal bleeding

Days after taking the pill for the fourth time, I developed pimples and heavy vaginal bleeding that even leaked through my underwear, accompanied by pain and some irritation in the area. I also had a heat stroke; I think I have a fever because I have chills and I've lost my appetite. I work Monday through Sunday, so believe me, there's no way I could go to the hospital. Please, I beg you to help me if there's any pill or remedy that might help.
