Sudden unexplained pain in hands and wrists

Sudden unexplained hand and wrist pain HELP! Help! Starting last night I have developed sudden and completely unexplained pain in both of my hands down to my wrists. A bit of an background, I am a 32 year old stay at home mom of four young boys. I'd say im in decent shape, maybe could lose 10 lbs but im very active all day long running around after my kids, I eat fairly healthy I dont use drugs or drink. Last night I was totally fine until around 6 or 7 I went to open the top to my son's sippy cup and I noticed it hurt when I squeezed and turned the top.. it has gotten progressively worse since then. I have a pretty high pain tolerance and this is just horrible. It doesnt hurt a lot when they are resting but as soon as I move them or have to use them it hurts sooo bad. Its the joints in my hands and wrists but my palms as well. My left foot hurts as well but that isnt as bad as my hands. Also, last Wednesday to Sunday I had the worst back ache of my life but it resolved. I thought I just tweaked it or something but it seems odd, now im wondering if theyre related somehow? Everything I have gotten from Google basically says I injured them but I dont see how I possibly could have injured both hands, wrists and my foot and have zero recollection as to how. Please if anyone has any ideas about what this possibly could be, it hurts sooo bad and I have four children to take care of I cant just he useless like this I can hardly use them 😢
