Please tell me other things this could be than cancer

I 41 female About three and a half months ago I noticed when I was going to the bathroom (bm) it seemed weird like I couldn’t go but I was going slowly. My son got very sick and went to the hospital and I didn’t think much more of it. When he was in the hospital he got sick with a stomach bug, and within a day I started with extreme nausea and diarrhea. Symptoms persisted for a month. I contacted my dr she said viruses can take a while to get better. The next week I had developed tics. Tested electrolytes potassium is normal. They start moving up more and more up my body. They started rushing me for neuro work up. Potassium is still normal gi symptoms are still happening. I start having severe mental confusion and psych issues. I went to a hospital and was hoping to get maybe psych help or something. My potassium showed 3.4, I decided not receive psych care bc I felt uncomfortable, but in the way out the dr said here take this potassium just in case. It was two very large pills. Within two days my mental confusion tics and psych issues were gone. Still having gi issues I tell my dr it was the potassium what could be causing that and she said no it’s still neuro. In this time I was still having diarrhea and nausea but was taking potassium when I started to feel mental issues and tics again. After three more weeks waiting for neuro I wrote my dr again and a different nurse read through everything called me and said I needed to go to gi. She got me in within three days. She also prescribed Zoloft. The Zoloft hardened my stool somewhat but it’s coming out like a pencil. I then realized that was the same sensation as before all the gi issues of where it couldn’t all come out or was going somewhere else. I went to gi yesterday and after reviewing symptoms they wanted me to get an endo within a couple days but due to sleep apnea I need actual anesthesia and it’s going to take 14 days. Other than colorectal cancer what could it be. I’m a non smoker and take omeprazole sertraline Xanax and bupropion none of them have changed in six months.
