Advice for a quick sugar high

I am type2 and have been for 30 years. A recent and fairly frequent problem is occurring. Drops in sugar by large points. I will go from 94 to 47 in 20 minutes. Boom! My alert goes off, I get up and start to get something to eat and the next thing I know my lips feel fuzzy ( a sure sign I'm at 70), I start cramming anything in I can find. I take my sugar and it's 53. I don't keep juice normally because it used to go bad- I never drank it. I'm looking for a suggestion for something that will raise my sugar fast and high numbers.
