Another post about being burnt out

Post Content

\*I have an appointment coming up specifically to discuss this situation with my rheumatologist\* I was just diagnosed with ADHD at 38 but have been masking for decades at this point. I‘ve had anxiety and depression since I was 10yo but that was changed to PDD with MDD episodes recently. Im a stay at home mom with a one year old and four year old. And I have three autoimmune diseases. I. Am. So. Tired. How do I get out of burnout as a stay at home mom to young kids? I don’t really need to hear to drink plenty of water, eat three meals, all of the obvious things to keep my body and meds functioning well. I need to hear beyond that, in this extreme situation, what are some things I can do to help myself? I was hospitalized almost two years ago while pregnant with my son because I was sick from being so burnout, Im trying to prevent that from happening again.
