Dry patches

my 5 year old daughter has what we suspect is eczema , she gets these dry patches all over her body and she wont stop scratching them so we've been washing her clothes in the all brand laundry detergent since its "hypoallergenic " we give her a bath every other night , I was wanting to do it daily but suspect it would cause more drying and itching than anything else, ive also been using our 5 month old baby soap on her, which she really doesnt like because she's a big girl , we were using eucierin cream on her but I hate how cakey it is and ultimately she has these patches on her back thighs and arms , it was helping for the time but we ran out of the cream anywho we are without insurance at the moment but when it picks back up here soon ill be taking her to the Dr, in the meantime I was trying to find a good body soap along with healing ointment and regular moisturizer to purchase to help make it a little more manageable for hrr I know the best ingredient to look for is ceramides but more specifically what kind should I be looking for. thank you all for reading
