Charcot Foot?

Hello everyone - im freaking out right now because I think I might have Charcot Foot. For anyone who has had it, did the redness and swelling come and go or was it there permanently? I have had a swollen foot off and on this year and more recently with redness and dry skin. But it always went away. I'm trying to get my sugars under control but am not sure if it's too late?
