Will my acne clear if I quit putting on topical products/actives ?

Guys . I m 43 years old female . Dealing with hormonal acne from years and years . Treatment i have done is 4 years of spironolactone. I have to came off spironolactone due to side effects otherwise it was working like a magic when i was on it 2 rounds of Accutane. Aviclear. Dapsone Aklief. Seysara doxycycline. Currently i m on Cabtreo from 6 months no results then my dermatologist put me on Aarazlo and winlevi which made my acne so much worse to the point that i have isolated myself. Also my skin looks so much red and inflamed I was thinking if i quit everything and only use face wash and moisturizer has anyone had success doing nothing and clear up acne ? Any suggestions? Please help
