Likeliness of a TBI? Is it worth getting checked out?

A couple years ago (Female, 30 at the time), I was rushed to the hospital with DKA. I remember the first couple weeks my vision was really impaired and could not see anything closer than a few feet in front of me, so no phone, reading, etc. My vision has restored but I do worry what it might’ve put my brain through.
