Likeliness of a TBI? Is it worth getting checked out?

Post Content

A couple years ago (Female, 30 at the time), I was rushed to the hospital with DKA. I remember the first couple weeks my vision was really impaired and could not see anything closer than a few feet in front of me, so no phone, reading, etc. My vision has restored but I do worry what it might’ve put my brain through. I feel a lot of fogginess and forgetfulness. I’m often repeating the things I say several times. The screenshots attached are notes from when I first arrived at the ED https://imgur.com/a/UDs7ffU
