Progesterone seems to be rage juice for me.
Post Content
I started micronized P 5 days ago without estrogen as my provider told me smugly that 90% of people in early peri only need P, and it destroyed my sleep and annihilated my emotional regulation within 3 days. Back in the before times, when I had actual endogenous hormones to work with, I dealt with PMDD. I had a similar intense rage reaction to the mini pill when I tried it way back when. Has anyone else had this experience? Has being on E at the same time helped to moderate it? Or has an alternative form/delivery for progesterone worked better for you?
