For the love of god someone help me stop feeling this way

AHHHHHH. I am on day 3. I have been SICK all day. I was sick all last night (liquid shits, puked my guts out)… Same thing today. I am currently laying in bed, my heart pounding out of my chest. Diarrhea like crazy, been trying to drink water without filling up too much (i am terrified of vomiting). I am fighting for my life!!! I am trying so hard NOT to puke today. How can I not puke? I already took Zofran. I fear the second I sit up out of bed I will puke everything up which means 2 days without calories which I know is the “point” but I can’t go to class like this. Help!
